Prices
Prices and offers are valid as advertised and may change from time to time. The GBP price of an item is inclusive of UK VAT.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online. The credit/debit cardbeing used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In the event that your card authorisation and validation is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
Delivery
Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be despatched from Leicester, UK.
Delivery to the UK is defined as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Wight. If you have ordered several products we may deliver these products on different days at no extra cost to you.
Light orders (under 1kg) will always be sent by post.
Transit time by post is 1-3 days.
Orders over 1kg may be sent by courier, except to places where the cost is prohibitive. In those instances we will contact you to advice.
Courier delivery for UK is 2-3 working days.
As we plan to carry all goods in stock, we will endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment approval. If in the unlikely event an item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise.
Delivery costs are automatically set at checkout.
We welcome orders from all non UK customers, but will contact you separately regarding the delivery costs for your order.
To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete address details and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.
Insurance
The goods which you order will be insured by us or by our agents while in transit and up to the point of delivery to your address. You will be asked to sign for the goods on arrival at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Claims
In the event of faulty goods being supplied, DiscoverAlovera Ltd's liability shall be limited to the replacement value of the goods. DiscoverAlovera shall not be liable for any consequential loss or for loss of profit or goodwill.
Cancellations
DiscoverAlovera reserves the right to refuse cancellations of orders and to refuse to accept return of goods without prior agreement. No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.
